Return Policy: 30 Days from receipt of the product
Should any product purchased from the SpectareStore.com or through our eBay listings for SuMaWah fail to meet your expectations for any reason, simply return it with your packing slip or proof of purchase. We will replace it, or the item(s) will be refunded at the original purchase price, plus applicable sales tax, in the original payment method. Unfortunately, we cannot refund original shipping & handling charges unless an error occurred on our part in shipping your order.
You will receive an RMA number via e-mail. Please package the product in the original box with all accessories, write the RMA number on the outside of the box and send to:

You are responsible for delivery and the cost of delivery of the product to our service center. Once we receive your item(s) we will issue refund or exchange the items accordingly.
If you do not have a receipt or packing slip please give us the name of the person who purchased the product and the purchase date-- if we can find record of your sale then we will honor the return or exchange.
If you have purchased the product from another retailer then we unfortunately can not give you a refund for the product. However we will honor the manufacture warranty for all Spectare Products as listed below that have been purchased as new through one of our authorized retail partners. If you desire a refund for a Spectare Product that was purchased through another retailer then you should contact the retailer directly and request a refund. Please note that Spectare Products does not control the return policies of other retailers.
Manufacture Warranty: 90 Days from receipt of the product
Spectare branded products purchased from the SpectareStore.com, through our direct eBay listings under SuMaWah LLC or through our retail partner JC Penney are warranted against defects in materials and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of 90 days from date of purchase by the original purchaser ("Warranty Period"). If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Spectare Products will either:
Repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
Replace the product with a new product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
Provide a store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the original product.
A replacement product or part, including a user-installable part installed in accordance with instructions provided by Spectare Products, assumes the remaining warranty of the original product. When a product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes property of the Spectarestore.com. When a store credit is given, the original product must be returned to the Spectarestore.com and becomes property of the SpectareStore.

All repairs and replacements must be authorized in advance. Service options, parts availability and response times will vary. You are responsible for delivery and the cost of delivery of the product or any parts to our service center for replacement, per our instructions.
PLEASE NOTE: If you have purchased a Spectare Product through eBay from any eBay Seller other than SuMaWah LLC we can not honor the manufacture warranty for these sales.
After 90 Days
If your product has been over 90 days since the date of purchase we are still available to help solve any difficulty you may have with your product.
On selected products we offer Trade-in or upgrade options. Please contact our support department to discuss any options that are available on your Spectare Product.
